Pedal Steel Atlas is a notation, chord-finder, and practice tool for pedal steel guitar. Core exploration — including the full chord finder and viewing published tabs — is free; creating and saving your own work is part of the optional Atlas Pro subscription described below. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that cloud-stored data will never be lost — keep local copies of work you care about (the app saves locally first on native platforms).
You keep all rights to the tabs, arrangements, and media you create or upload. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and serve that content back to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any material (for example, backing tracks or published tab books you import) — don't upload content that infringes someone else's copyright.
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse-engineering the import pipeline to extract service credentials, no automated bulk usage that degrades the service for others. Import processing has per-user limits to keep the service sustainable.
Accounts are optional. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. The account is shared with the Guitar Atlas app. You can delete your account at any time from the in-app account menu, which permanently removes your cloud data (see the Privacy Policy).
Atlas Pro unlocks the full workshop — tab editing, exports, progressions, grips, and custom copedents. One Atlas Pro subscription covers both Pedal Steel Atlas and Guitar Atlas under the same account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
